| General Shipping information | | At Netfari, our goal to ship your order the same day it is placed, if we receive your order before 11:00AM Pacific Standard Time. It takes approximately between 5 to 7 business days for standard delivery. Wire transfer, Cashier Check or Money order payment are only accepted via phone order. Please contact one of our customer service reps at 626-549-2804 for non-credit card orders. | | We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. | | Stock Status | | Items that are available for immediate delivery will "usually ship within 24 hours". These items are usually shipped the same day if the order is placed and processed by 11:00AM Pacific Standard Time. If the order is received after 1:00PM Pacific Standard Time, it will be shipped the following business day. Saturdays, Sundays, and official national holidays are not considered business days; therefore, no packages will be shipped on those days. There may be an occasion when we are temporarily out of stock on a particular item. Items that are not available for immediate delivery will state that they are "temporarily out of stock". We may be in the process of expecting a normal shipment from the manufacturer or the item may be on backorder from the manufacturer. Usually we are restocked in a matter of days but on occasion an item can take weeks to be restocked. You can always contact us to find the current status of a certain item you wish to purchase. | | Cancellations | | Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please contact a customer service representative in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if order has not been shipped and/or is not awaiting shipment. Once the item is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. If you choose to cancel your order once that has been shipped, you will be charged for return shipping and a 30% restocking fee. And, the shipping and handling cost to you is Non-Refundable. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full.
