Return Policy

At Netfari.com, your satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a refund or exchange. As an authorized reseller for some top name manufacturer, it is pertinent that we adhere to the policies and procedures of our suppliers. It is important to understand that the risk of loss for the product being returned resides on the customer until all return shipment has been confirmed by our warehouse. Our shipping expenses are not refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. A 15% restocking fee will also be charged on return items.

Standard Returns for credit will be granted if ALL criteria listed below are met:

  • Request for an RMA must be made within 15 days from invoice receipt date.
  • Approved returns must be received at our warehouse facility within 10 business days from the RMA creation date.
  • All original packaging materials, instruction manuals and accessories must be returned in the same condition. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Original UPC must be in tact, removal of UPC will void the returns process and credit will not be given.
  • Boxes must not contain any writings or marking of any kind. Please print our RMA pack list and attach it to the box.
 
Direct Manufacturer Return
Due to the manufacturer's policies, special items sold on our website may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer. Customers are advised to contact the manufacturer for an RMA number. To expedite the call process, we advise all our clients to have the date of purchase, serial number, and manufacturer's part number on hand during the call.
